Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted for 14 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our team via Live Chat, available in the bottom right corner of the website. 

Items sent back to us without first contacting Live Chat will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out via Live Chat straight away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. personalised items or special orders)

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and all items in the "Final Sale" collection are non-returnable.
⚠️ Trading Cards are final sale due to fraudulent activity involving resealed or tampered packs.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you want instead.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unworn/unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Please allow our returns department up to 10 business days for us to receive, inspect and approve your return.
Please note it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
