Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact a member of the team and they will be able to cancel your order.

Do I need an account to place an order? 

No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save your details, and manage returns.

Who can order from IWOOT? 

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

How do I know my order is confirmed? 

When you place an order, it’s treated as an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we send a dispatch confirmation email.

When will I be charged for my order? 

You will be charged at the time of placing your order.

Shipping

How long does delivery take? 

Delivery times vary by location and shipping option. We aim to deliver within 30 days of your order as required by UK law.

Times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 What happens if my order is late, lost, or damaged? 

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll arrange a resolution in line with our policies.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an order?

Most products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they’re in original condition. 

Certain products are non-returnable, including: 

  • Trading card products. 
  •  Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)  
  • Custom products (e.g. personalised items or special orders) 
  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products) 
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases  
  • Items with broken tamper-proof seals.
