Ok I guess
2I bought 2 of these for my son's 13th birthday (for some reason it says not for under 14s on the packaging - can't see why). They're ok, but are quite slow and don't respond very quickly to noise/slamming your hand down in front of them. I was imagining something that would scuttle away quickly, but it's really not like that. A lot of money for what they are. A fair price would be about £4 I reckon.

Awesome gadget
4Small and cute, this was the best stocking filler i bought so far. Couldn't resist having a little play on it myself before i wrapped it. Love the stock on IWOOT, brill items :)

cute but limited
3The Hexbug looks very cute. I'd imagined though that you would turn it on and it would only move when activated - don't know why thought this, but in fact once you've turned it on it keeps on running until you turn it off. It forms an ornament now, not sure how often will turn it on as pretty limited, but then it is only a novelty item.

Suprisingly cute!
5Got one of these little critters as a present for an awkward-to-buy-for friend (also because I wanted to play with it)! It worked straight out of the box and kept us ( a bunch of drunk grown ups) entertained.

5Our Hexbug has now entertained us for weeks. He gets passed around and played with all the time, it's simple but ingenious. Excellent fun for the cash.
