Good, but...

I was dreaming about tea maker for a long time and was really happy to get it in my tea collection! It is very nice and eye catching, easy to use , keeps warm and control over the level of brew is good option! But it has one problem. This tea maker does not have rubber coil at its narrow place, that's why it burns fingers, when I am trying to take it and pour into cup. This is strange enough, because my friend has the same tea maker but with rubber outside and it is a perfect design. I guess it was old design, and new ones does not have this safety rubber rings.
