I purchased this for my son who is also called Tom and even at 23 years old he was thrilled and found this amusing to receive.

Sounded great in the description, disappointed when it arrived, its says press the paw for sounds but this didn't work, we found that the 'button' for the sounds was further up the arm, and it doesn't really 'talk' much better of paying the extra and getting the interactive toy.

The Talking Tom - 10'' Talking Plush is okay but don't be fooled into thinking that it will interact with some app or other, it doesn't. Having said that my son with learning difficulties loves him!

I just love Talking Tom so I was excited to have him in the flesh so to speak, to hear his brilliant quips. A lovely present for anyone that has him on their Smart Phone or Tablet. It's a very fun toy to have.

Considering this only has the noises of the app and doesn't actually talk back it's still great quality and sounds good too. I can't wait to see my daughters face when she opens it.
