The sleep pattern works well but the step counter doesn't really work, I can be walking all day and it records 0 steps. very poor value for money and I wouldnt waste my on one of these jawbones again

I was previously using a Nike fuel band, which was in a much higher price range, so was no expecting much from this little gadget especially once it went on sale. I have had it for 3 weeks now, The design - simple , the band is flexible. Easy on easy off, my zigzag pattern gets a little dirty but easy to clean (this has not happened on my partners band though) the headphone port for syncing and charging makes it so easy to remember to sync and charge. Battery - usually lasts about 10 days, there is a battery percentage when you plug it in the sync and usually tells you how many days you have left. You can also go days without syncing your band and it still logs accurately. Syncing - very easy just goes in a headphone port, the only issue being sometimes your phone doesn't recognise it as a wristband and not headphones straight away, although this again just seems to be my phone. Easy of use - simple 1 button system, push button once and it shows your mode, hold the button in and it changes mode between active and sleep. App- the app is a great compliment to the band, it sets goalsand task, measures steps and sleep and even food and calories, it also allows for higher calorie consumption when you're more active Overall Fantastic little gadget. amazing value for money

This is really great. I have been using it for over a week and it has really been interesting to see how patterns emerge. I forget half the time that I am wearing it now! Would recommend very highly.

Life changing

This is by far, the best purchase I have made when it comes to gadgets and gizmos. The jawbone has altered my life in a way that is purely genius. I Not only do I now wake up buzzing and raring to go, but once I'm up and about, it's full speed ahead. I log my workouts, my diet and my weigh ins and I am always trying to better the previous day. It is completely live changing and truly a fantastic gadget. I would recommend the jawbone UP to anyone who is dieting, upping their exercise or just struggling to get a good sleep.

Great little device. Glad to see I do step more than 10k steps a day. Using it alongside my Fitness Pal. Helping me count calories and get a more active lifestyle. It doesn't track different activities; or at least not that I've found. And so I user Endmondo for that. But UP does adjust my calories if I step quite a distance. For the price I paid, I'm happy. Original full price is definitely overpriced. I'm even now trying to reach my sleep goal each night. That can't be bad, a little obsessive maybe!
