5I bought this as part of my dads birthday present and he loves it. It sits on his desk and he's like a little kid and it does exactly what it says on the box it warms up his cuppa time and time again and its great that it using USB and isn't battery powered :)

Looks tacky, works well
3As noted by other reviewers here, the product works well, but unfortunately it is cheaply made in shiny tacky looking plastic, would have been better in matt finish with a texture to give it more of a cream cookie look, that would also justify the price. On the plus side the packaging and branding are good, its a functional product which will compliment your desk.

5This is perfect for the busy person at the office. I've bought it for my boyfriend who's very into gadgets and is almost always drinking cold tea from forgetting to drink it... Either way, I'm expecting girlfriend points for giving him the gift of warm tea for longer. :)

Tacky
3This is a Xmas gift, so cant say if it actually works or not. It looks cheap and tacky though. Great for a jokey gift and if it does actually work, then its a great fun pressie.
