Great little fan
Not extremely powerful but its as good as you could expect a tiny desk fan to be.

I'm a fan of this fan...
This has been excellent value for money. It is of metal construction which gives it a reassuring sturdiness and a very nice touch is the provision of 3 rubber grommets which can be attached to the metal frame to dampen any vibrations. The 4-bladed fan really pushes out plenty of air and is not unduly noisy; indeed, I have it next to my desktop computer only 18 inches away from me and I hardly notice it - other than enjoying the cooling air that it's circulating. It amazes me that a USB-powered fan can demonstrate such power. With an ON/OFF switch behind the fan's motor, you can leave it plugged into your power source and simply turn it off to prevent any power drain from the USB circuit. The length of the USB cable is about 90cm (35") which is pretty handy if you use a mains/USB adapter as it can reach a bedside table or typical worktop. I've had it running for up to 6 hours with no hint of overheating. It's well made and looks kinda cool too.

Great little fan
I was looking for a small but effective fan, this ticks those boxes. I've had usb fans before and not been very satisfied with them, this one is excellent ! It produces a really good cooling effect and the fan noise is very quiet, enough so, that I can have it on my bedside table and keep myself cool without being disturbed. It's well designed with it's metal construction, and looks a lot better than other usb fans, and has a very stable base so wont get knocked off easily.
