Spider Catching
5As the least arachnophobic member of our household I was the spider catcher general armed with my glass and piece of paper I was expected to trap, catch and liberate the eight legged invaders accompanied by my children's screams of horror. Since buying the spider catcher the screams are from the children complaining that it is their turn to catch and evict, not just spiders, any creepy crawly that ventures in from outside. Even my husband is prepared to have a go!

Spider catcher
4Catch the creepy spider from the luxury of your sofa, no need for a cup and paper to rid from your home

I like the fact I've not seen a spider since I purchased this, must be working! ;@)
4Well I can't really give it a higher score until I see it in action! Looks pretty sturdy lets just hope it keeps the spider contained otherwise we're in trouble :@\

Spider Catcher
3Actual device is good, but took a very long time to be delivered, hence the lower rating

spider catcher
5Handy gadget, not actually tried it on a real spider yet, but it picks small things up easily. Think for those with Arachnophobia the handle might need to be a bit longer, as it is only about 20" from the beast. I think it is a good buy for saying good bye spiders.

Cure for arachophobia
5Bought this for a spider-scared friend, and they loved it. It has quite a reach, reacts quickly but is very strong. Great design and price.

Spiders...ha ha ha
5Have had one of these before, children broke it, it still works, but you have to clip the handle together before using it, I wanted one to catch this pesky spider in the lounge and it's QUICK!! Got it on the day this catcher arrived!! I have only used it on straight walls/ windows/ floors so I can't comment on usability and accuracy in corners and crevasses I would say don't hesitate to buy one if you are not great buddies with creepy crawlies, catch them and dispose of out of the nearest window/door!! PS my lounge spider was released in the kitchen.....well, it was raining and dark and really quite cold! He didn't have a coat or any boots!.

The only way I can remove spiders and daddylonglegs
4Extremely useful devices for removing spiders and daddylonglegs, both of which I hate. I can't even bear to get close enough to use a jar and cardboard or big matchbox. Good not to have to kill them either, even if they are 'orrible. I already had 2 spider catchers, both getting a bit old and damaged. Good to hear how to repair them. Thought I would take advantage of the offer of 3 new ones, to keep them in stock for future years and to give to other people in need! I live in the country and some of our spiders are a bit too heavy for the bristles to grip. I find it's best to grab some spiders' web beforehand - gives better holding power.

should be good
5This picked up the enclosed practice spider with no trouble and so I am sure it will work well when I see a real one. I wonder if the spiders have seen this as I have not seen one of them since it arrived!!
