Candy grabber that failed to grab
2Very disappointing - grabber is weak so despite our best efforts at trying a range of sweets (different weights & sizes) this priced a frustrating purchase. Decided not to give it to our 9 year old as a Xmas present as her frustration would probably ruin her Xmas!

So much fun!
5Very pleased with this. Great price. The quality is good and love the look. I bought it for the kids in my family for Halloween. They nearly burst with excitement when they saw it! Luckily I had tested it out beforehand. At first I wasn't sure of the quality.. The music is way too loud, the claw is quite light and spins round, seemed a bit flimsy and I couldn't pick up anything! BUT actually the claw works just fine. It's good it spins a bit so it can get stuff from different angles. It would be too easy if it was heavy. TIPS: - Put a couple of tea towels underneath it and the music is much quieter. - Only put a few things in at a time, so the claw has space to get underneath and properly grab it then it works great! - You don't need to put the coins in, you can just 'trigger' it and pull the coin out again (saves having to turn it upside down to get the coins out). - Helps to unscrew the lid so you can get your hand in to move stuff around if needs be. - Can be a great 'reward' incentive. I soon got the hang of it and so did the kids (ages 5-8). When they got all the candy they went round the house finding anything small enough to put in it to win! One child with attention of a gnat spent 45 mins playing with it very happily! She asks to play it everyday. We will use this for Xmas and birthdays too. Great investment. Everyone who comes in has a go! Good fun for all :)

Beautiful Candy Grabber!
5I ordered candy grabber as a new year gift for my friend. It is a super fun and cute product which can be really enjoyable for young adults and kids. Its music is a little disturbing but overall its worth having it. The only negative thing is that the product did not arrived at the expected date (December 26). I ordered the product in the beginning of December and it arrived January 5th. Therefore I had to give the gift later. Nonetheless I highly recommend this product. I am even considering to buy one more to myself.

4Arrived on time, the most difficult part was getting the plastic off of the grabber. I agree with the other reviews about the music, does drive you mad after a while (shame there isn't an off switch). On a positive note, it's fun, every age group will want a go, & good value for money. Would recommend.

Not a great grabber!
2Yes, it is only meant to be a bit of fun but you can't even have that with this thing. Functionality is non existent and it's pretty poor quality. If I were you, I wouldn't bother and pick something else.
