Who are the people giving good reviews for this projector? They are either blind or stark raving mad. I like this site and have bought other products that have been excellent. But this projector is absolute rubbish. Even in a blacked out room on a white wall, my iPhone 5s with the brightness turned up to full, produced what I can only describe as a pathetic dull excuse of a picture. Complete waste of money.

iwoot should be ashamed of itself for selling this with no indication that it is a cheap cardboard device requiring self-assembly. It makes me seriously question whether I will ever trust this website again enough to buy anything else from them.

What a fun and educational idea! Built it with my son, instructions are pretty easier to follow. Once built it was fun seeing our handy work and watching a video. The quality is not HD but better than I expected for the price. Recommend this as a fun DIY product.

A fool and his money

This product should be reported to Watchdog or Trading Standards as being unfit for purpose. It's a cardboard box with a single lens. Consequently the image is reversed upside down and left to right. The light output from your mobile phone screen will give a VERY dim image. Real projectors have >100W bulbs and a fan to cool them. Buyer beware!

I bought one for my bestie and he loves it. It's got everything you want for a cool gift: 1. It looks cool and vintage 2. It's DIY so it's a neat project 3. It works! OK, so it's not like going to the movies but he was really chuffed with the quality Cheap, cool and cheerful. I'm buying loads more!

Quirky, weird, fun and cool in one. simple construct,(careful with superglue!!!) lens is a bit tight to get into tube but persevere my friends and .......voila! works best in a almost black dark room but still viewable if not black out.
