Shake weight pro

The Shake Weight Pro - Male is amazing. I've used it for the last month and have had some brilliant results. It's a bit funny at first to get going, the person in the DVD has the strength to keep it going so don't expect to be good straight away. Once you get used to it, you will notice how it makes your arms and chest work out. Just adjust the weight so it's loose to start with then make more tension when you can handle it. It's a powerful workout Worth the money if you have no room for weights or don't get the time to get to the gym.

Impossible

There's no way the Shake Weight Pro in the demo video hasn't been tweaked, the guy is hardly moving it and it is moving like a washing machine on high speed. So far I've not been able to master the item.
