What happens on the day?

You can enjoy up to 3 hours’ use of the facilities along with your treatments, so make sure you arrive in plenty of time.

On arrival you’ll be greeted by a spa therapist, who’ll provide you each with a robe and slippers. Once you have changed, the rest of the time is yours to enjoy. Swim some laps in the pool, unwind in the steam room and sauna, or work up a sweat in the fitness centre. By the time you’ve each enjoyed your 25 minute body scrub and 25 minute back massage, you’ll emerge feeling like the very best version of yourselves, ready to take on the rest of the day.

Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue

Availability

Your experience is available seven days a week. Date exclusions may apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow up to 4 hours for the full experience (includes treatment times and shower in between).

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
