What happens on the day?

On arrival at your chosen Patisserie Valerie, youll be seated at your table by one of the friendly staff members, before tucking in to a delicious array of handmade sweet and savoury delights.

Youll be able to top off your afternoon with a glass of prosecco each.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date

Availability

You can enjoy your afternoon tea seven days a week, subject to opening times. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

There's no need to make a booking but your voucher must be valid on the day.

Please note - your voucher will not be valid in concession stores; excludes Cheltenham Gallagher Retail Park, Euston Station, Paddington, Camberley, Hounslow, Lakeside Essex, Manchester Fort, Manchester Oxford Street and Victoria Station.

Please allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes to enjoy your afternoon tea.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and well send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
