Arrivied lovingly wrapped up in bubble wrap and carefully packaged, but was in pieces in the box. Couldn't give it as a gift to anyone. Had to get a refund.

A lovely gift, however the 2 I received were broken on arrival! Not sure what can be done as they had obviously been packed carefully and labelled fragile. Probably just bad luck! I have been given a full refund, but disappointing as an unusual gift idea.
