Almost Perfect

The quality of sound that comes out of this box is absolutely amazing. Clear and crispy. The balance from the lows to the highs just perfect, and very loud, nothing excessive. But shockingly the ac adaptor plug that connects to back the device has a loose fit and does not firmly connect that it disconnects if the device moved. Even a slight movement disconnects the device. I'm so surprised why this is the case, the adapter is the original beats adaptor so I had it returned for a replacement. I only hope the replacement won't be the same. Even though these items are manufacturer refurbished, I don't see how and why there should be wear and tear in a 5mm plug connector. I'm greatly disappointed for such a quality item. Also the top connector where your apple device sits on top of the unit is flimsy and not firm. It does not have a compact fit. You have to fit it so many times before it connects correctly to be able to play your apple device. What a shame!
