Nothing shouts summer like a delicious fruity drink. Make the most of these last few weeks of summer with a delicious watermelon recipe.
Strawberry and Watermelon Lemonade (Serves 8)
This summer fruit lemonade is the only way to cool down on a hot, summer's day.

You will need:
- 1.2kg watermelon, seeded and cubed
- 150g fresh strawberries
- 120ml fresh lemon juice
- 475ml water
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Watermelon Sorbet (Serves 6)
Create this delicious watermelon sorbet with just four ingredients.

You will need:
- 750ml water
- 600g caster sugar
- 50ml lime juice
- 600g watermelon, seeded and cubed
Heat the water and caster sugar together in a saucepan over a medium - high heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar has dissolved then leave to cool.
Blend the watermelon in a food processor until smooth (you can do this step by hand but it will take you a bit longer).
Whisk the watermelon together with lime juice and the cooled sugar syrup in a large bowl then chill in the fridge for two hours.
Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the directions of the appliance.
Transfer the sorbet mixture from the ice cream maker into a 1 - 2L lidded container then cover the surface with cling film and seal.
Leave overnight.
Watermelon Daiquiris (Serves 2)
The easiest cocktail you will ever make.

You will need:
- 35ml tequila
- 25ml triple sec
- 1 lime, juiced
- 150g watermelon, seeded and cubed
- crushed ice
- soda water
Add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice and diced watermelon to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Add crushed ice to two glasses and pour the watermelon mixture over equally.
Top off with a splash of soda.
