I Want One Of Those maintains an everyday savings pricing policy. We watch other retailers closely and maintain competitive pricing. The internet being the beast it is means that any Tom, Dick or Henrietta can set up a website in their back room and charge bargain basement/off the back of a lorry (guv) prices. Often they will have no stock, no returns policy, questionable security, no guarantees and of course poor customer service. I Want One Of Those strives to be open and honest, so we will never inflate our prices to set up an artificial 'sale' (a common - and illegal - retail practice).

It is inevitable in an open market like the internet that there will be some individuals selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do, just as in the high street. We take great pride in offering a fast, efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at fair prices. We encourage our customers to shop around, but are very pleased to welcome them back again and again.

VAT - Please note that as we're based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT. Registered website customers from countries where VAT is not applicable will not be charged VAT at the time of their order unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address.

What information we hold about you

If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone number, address and credit card details. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you. You may also optionally decide to receive our newsletter and special offers. You can opt-out of this at any time by using 'My Account'.

We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We may offer you a reward for purchases or make an offer we think you might like based on your order history. We also collect information of a general nature about how many 'hits' our website gets. And we monitor the site traffic patterns; this tells us which areas of the site are being visited more than others. It also helps us build a more useful site in subsequent re-designs. We don't track individual users pathways through the site. Our site also uses 'cookies'.

Cookies

Cookies are small amounts of data sent to your web browser by a webserver. They cannot harm your machine in any way as they are small textfiles with simple information in them. What we do with your information

In addition to processing your order, we also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We may offer you a reward for purchases or make an offer we think you might like based on your order history. We also send out a monthly email newsletter and the occasional 'Minimail'. These are only emailed to you if you have entered the website '\£1000 of stuff' competition, or if you have opted in to receive newsletters at the point of payment for your order.

If you don't want to receive these offers, or our occasional newsletter, simply send your email name to: unsubscribe@iwantoneofthose.com.

Alternatively you can change newsletter settings from your 'My Account' page. We NEVER exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address to other companies. Your email address is used solely by yourself, for purposes of logging into your account, and us for emailing you regarding your orders and to update you with our newsletter. We may, however, on occasion exchange your home address information with well-reputed third parties. By 'well-reputed' we mean people who respect any catalogue 'unsubscribe' requests and act on them immediately, should you not wish to hear from them again. If you don't want us to pass on your personal information simply send your email address to privacy@iwantoneofthose.com or let us know if you no longer wish to receive our catalogues.

Who else sees your information

We may have to disclose some of your information to service suppliers to help complete your order. These parties include Royal Mail, Parcel Line, FedEx and TNT. No Quibbles Guarantee

Our returns policy is simple! Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

Returns

How do I return an item? Simply call us on 0844 573 7070, and one of our customer support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines:

Faulty or defective items:

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Change of heart:

Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping and delivery charge. Please note that the costs of returning item(s) to us as a result of a change of heart must be borne by you. In any event, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase. When first trying out your new toy, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we can't replace muddy, scratched, torn or grass-stained stuff. Goods that include software: Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.

Under the European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 7 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you, provided that the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. If you use our FREEPOST address, we will deduct the return postage from your overall refund. Please note, the cost of giftwrapping will not be refunded.

Perishable goods:

We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.

Returning a gift:

We are happy to exchange faulty or defective products that have been sent as a gift. If you are returning an item but would like to exchange it for something else and you're not sure what, we are happy to issue a gift voucher for the value of the item you are returning. If a refund is required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

Items lost in transit:

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Refunds, replacement and exchanges:

Refunds, replacements or exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by I Want One of Those.com Limited. Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Please note, in all instances I Want One Of Those Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints Procedure

I Want One Of Those takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or, heaven forbid, complaints. • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:

• The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing, product or offer description error
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out below
