It's always been a puzzle to us why no-one gets issued with a drum kit at work. You get a computer, a mouse, a key board, and if you're lucky a mug, but never a drum kit. It seems that much as the army has to buy most of it's own kit, so must we, and boy is it worth it. To avoid the inconvenience of setting up a full classical drum kit at your desk, which can be awkward, some bright spark has come up with the USB Drum Kit. This flexible drum pad can have six different pre-selected drum types programmed into them (African, Jazz, Rock etc), has a record feature, tempo and tone control, comes with a set of drumsticks, runs on Windows XP and 2000, and even has an email feature for you to send your classic breaks to your mates. Tell your boss to beat it and start thumping out some heavy drum breaks - it has to be better than working.
