Gone are the days (thank goodness) when chinless wonders in pith helmets roamed the rapidly fading pink parts of the globe, tanked up on gin and taking pot shots at anything with a big head - which you'd think would have led to more of them shooting each other. This is of course exceptionally good news for the world's wildlife, if not for the purveyors of oversized pith helmets.
