The De'Longhi RotoFry F28313.BK Deep Fat Fryer is engineered to offer the same delicious taste of traditional fryers but with only half the oil and all the added benefits of modern technology. An innovative rotating basket means that food is cyclically immersed in and out of the oil, providing the same great taste and crunch with only half the oil. An adjustable thermostat ranging from 150°C to 190°C gives you control over your cooking temperature, while an audible digital timer ensures you never under- or overcook your food.
The RotoFry is also designed to take all the time-wasting hassle out of using and cleaning your deep fat dryer, with a patented Easy Clean System offering simple oil draining and dismantling to allow each piece of the fryer, including the lid, to be cleaned easily and independently. A non-stick coated bowl offers a large 1kg food capacity, and the deep fat dryer also includes a replaceable anti-odour filter that stops unpleasant odours from invading your kitchen. - L.R.
