Really chuffed with my laser cosmos!! It is amazing how every star seems to have a life of its own, and not follow a set pattern. This is great to impress your friends and family, also great as a mobile for children. keeps my little girl transfixed for hours!

I have just bought a Laser Cosmos...and WOW it is really special!
My daughter was star struck for ages as the ceiling was changed into the darkest reaches of outer space!
It actually looks like 3D at times and the swirling blue nebula added to the feeling of actually being in outer space.
Needless to say that I pinched it once she had drifted off to sleep in a galaxy far far away....and I am as equally mesmerised as she was!!!
A great gift and something that is really relaxing-you can watch it for hours!!

I was a bit dubious about spending a relatively large sum of money on a 'weird looking thingamebob' but the missus is a keen astronomer and has done our spare room up with 'space wallpaper' and glowing stars and the like so I thought this might add the 'finishing touch'! First thing I noticed was how easy it was to set up. Take it out of the box, plug in the mains adapter and switch it on. To 'do it justice' you need a nice dark room so I waited until later that evening to try it out and there we sat, me and the missus, in the middle of the spare room watching our portable nebula for the rest of the night! Hundreds of little green twinkling stars and a mesmerising swirl of blue mist (which you can 'dim' or turn off altogether) darted and weaved across the ceiling (it can also be pointed at the walls or pretty much anywhere where there's a white/light surface). All we needed was the Millennium Falcon to fly past and it would have been perfect. I took it down the pub the following night and made the landlord turn the lights off!
Three of the regulars wanted to know where they could get one (mind you, some of the others were seeing stars BEFORE I turned it on!). Money well spent in my opinion!

I recently received my Laser Cosmos with the customary high level of service that IWOOT provide. As a treat at £150, I thought it was a bit steep, but having taken it out of the box and switched it on, it was worth every penny. It's amazing how an electrical appliance can produce such a captivating and magical effect.... a brilliant piece of kit.
Laser Cosmos is perfect for those star-gazers (like me) who want the ultimate convenience of gawping at the stars without the inconvenience of leaving indoors, (their own bed), or want them 'on-demand' in the middle of a bright sunny day with the curtains pulled. Its great to come home and chill out to with your own taste in music, (especially after work!), as the calming and atmospheric green swirlings transport you into an interstellar world of calm and relaxation, you could be anywhere! The bigger the room, the better the display, and it's great (as a conversation piece) for parties!

My 6yr old daughter Eilidh loves gazing at the stars and the moon, so with some trepidation I ordered from IWOOT the Laser Cosmos. It duly arrived and obviously not waiting for night to fall, took it upstairs to her bedroom, closed the curtains etc and switched it on. It is absolutely amazing...thousands of stars now adorn her ceiling (among a blue nebula!) at bedtime. They are absolutely mesmerising. This was well worth the money. I don't have any problems getting her to bed at nights now!

When I first ordered the Laser Cosmos, I thought it would be the perfect supplement to my love life with the romantic atmosphere it provides. But, I was proved terribly wrong, because me and my girlfriend cannot do anything else except for gazing at the stars in my ceiling for hours. I would highly recommend everyone to buy this product, it's so relaxing and ferociously cool.

WOW What a fantastic creation! Had toyed with getting a fibreoptic ceiling put into my daughters room but bought this intead. Not only more stars that twinkle and ..yes..move but portable too. So peaceful and calming creating a wonderful chill out zone in her room and able to go to with her when she has that very rare respite opportunity. Have to say that IWOOT are incredibly efficient - Confirmed one day delivered the next by ordinary Royal Mail. You are surely stars too!

I got given the Cosmos for my birthday and it's great!! It lights up the whole room!! I was like Oh My God it's brill.... My dog loves it too as she jumps up to reach them!! And as it reflects on my fish tank the fish look as if they are having a well good party!! It's awsome!! I would advise people to get it. It's well worth the money!!

I bought this and I must say its the best thingy-me-bob anyone could wish for! It's great to lie in the comfort of your own bed gazing up at a mesmorizing array of stars intertwined with the blue nebulae. We bought it for our daughter but unfortunately its now staying in our room!!

Even with so many reviews over the net I was sceptical. For £130 how good can it really be? Anyways, got it yesterday, turned the lights of, switched it on and WOW. Unbelievable..WOW!!! Started thinking that it has a bulb (as I've seen it called a projector) and would be cost a lot to replace. Called the manufacturer and they reminded me that it was a laser and that I had nothing to worry about!!

Everything everone else has said, although a downside for me is that the central cluster of stars is not random enough for the eye not to be drawn to it every time I switch the projector on. It's a small niggle, but for something that's supposed to project the random patterns of the night sky it's not so random. Other than that I have had great use out of it... particularly relaxing when I projected it onto the bathroom ceiling when I was having a bath one evening. The cat is also mesmerised by it.

I gave it to my brother's family for Christmas and they all said, "Gosh, thanks, that's very nice. Lovely." So we turned it off and forgot about it. Later that evening, when the winter darkness had closed in, someone remembered it and turned it on again. The whole room was spellbound.
