I didn't test the iPhone Fan Attachment myself but my grandson, for whom it was bought, said it was very good and much more powerful than he would have expected.

It just works!

Plug it in and away you go. The iPhone Fan Attachment is being used in an iPod Touch 4 with no problems encountered. I can see it being a useful travel companion.
