With a twin turbo V6 driving all four wheels, you’re sure to enjoy the 473bhp channelling through the 6 speed dual clutch gearbox on the purpose-built circuit.  
Drive the R8 as it try’s to take your breath away with its centrally-mounted, high-revving V8 petrol engine.  
With its unique manufacturer's racecar-for-the-road philosophy, experience the thrill of driving a Lotus in this encounter.

Cutting edge design and innovation provides the ultimate package of balanced downforce, state of the art engine and excellent ride and handling.
On arrival at the centre you’ll normally be asked to sign an indemnity form followed by a short briefing on safety procedures and driving techniques.
Initially you will be taken onto the 1.8 mile purpose built track, and as a passenger you will driven by a professional in a BMW Alpina D3.

Then it’s onto the main event, you will drive for 4 laps in a Nissan GTR and also a Lotus.  Drive the GTR, a supercar phenomenon with poise, pace and precision and the Lotus, a hand-built soul stirring sports car.  
The experience ends with a de-brief and presentation of certificates.

A typical itinerary includes:

  • Welcome, introduction and briefing on circuit driving techniques
  • 3 demonstration laps driven by an instructor in a BMW Alpina D3
  • 4 laps driving a Nissan GTR
  • 4 laps driving a Lotus
  • Individual Driving Certificate and assessment from your instructor


What should I wear?
You should wear comfortable casual clothing, suitable for the time of the year and weather conditions, with sensible thin-soled shoes.  
All the necessary safety equipment will be provided.

How long should I allow for this experience?
Please allow approximately 1 ½ hours on site for the whole experience.

When does the activity take place?
From April 2009 this experience will be available on selected Saturdays and weekdays throughout the year.
All bookings are subject to availability.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher.  
This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
You must book and take your experience before the expiry date.  All bookings are subject to availability.

Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age is 18 years
Minimum height is 5'0"/ Maximum 6’4"
Maximum weight is 17 stone
You need to be reasonably fit to participate in this experience
All participants must have held a full, valid UK or European driving licence for at least one year and must be able to drive a manual transmission.

What about the weather?
If the activity is cancelled due to weather conditions you will be offered an alternative date.
We ask that you check with the supplier before you leave home if you are in any doubt as to whether the weather conditions are suitable.  

Can I bring spectators?
Spectators are welcome.
No Dogs are allowed on site.
